As you may have noticed, a large inventory from our online store has gone missing of late, primarily Scottsdale products, which we import directly from the US. This is due to some changes in customs interpretation that requires us to reapply for a new import license. Although a formality, would require a couple of months before we can resume offering them on our website. Rest assured, for existing customers whom have already purchased Scottsdale products from us, we would continue to honour any sell backs to us and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused in the mean time.
We would like to specially apologise to customers whose shipments have been held back for quite awhile as we attempted to resolve this issue. In order to expedite this shipment, we’ve decided to bear the excess tax cost to release those shipments and we hope that our team has managed to resolve any grievances that you may have throughout the course of this difficult exercise.
